This policy explains how Noble Roofing uses information submitted through nobleroofingtexas.com and information accessed by the private Noble Work Labs application.
Website visitors may voluntarily provide contact information such as name, phone number, email address, property address, requested service, and message details when requesting an estimate or contacting Noble Roofing.
Noble Work Labs may access authorized business information from Jobber, including completed job records, customer names, project dates, service locations, and project media. It may also access authorized Google Business Profile information, including business account and location identifiers, reviewer display names, star ratings, review text, review dates, and business review replies.
We use website submissions to respond to service requests and operate our roofing business. Within Noble Work Labs, Jobber customer names and project details are used privately to help identify possible matches between completed Noble Roofing jobs and Google Business Profile reviews. Suggested matches require administrative review before an association is approved for public display.
Private Jobber customer names and exact homeowner street addresses are not intentionally published through Noble Work Labs' public project feed or public review endpoints.
Noble Work Labs requests only the Google Business Profile permission needed for its business-profile features. Google data is used to retrieve and manage Noble Roofing's authorized Business Profile information and to associate reviews with completed Noble Roofing projects after administrator approval.
Information received from Google APIs is used in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data or use it for targeted advertising.
Administrative credentials and OAuth secrets are kept in protected server-side configuration rather than intentionally exposed in public website code. Private operational data is restricted to the Noble Roofing administrative workflow. We use HTTPS for data transmitted through the website and connected services.
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate Noble Roofing's website and business systems, such as hosting, form delivery, Jobber, and Google, as necessary to provide those functions. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect the security and integrity of our systems.
Operational information is retained as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain project records, operate Noble Work Labs, and satisfy legitimate business or legal requirements.
